Sales Administrator

We are looking for you! Immediately, long-term and in direct recruitment for the handling of import and export of chemical products for the Düsseldorf office of a globally operating Japanese trading company.
Ihre Aufgaben:
- Order processing for import and export transactions, including issuing all relevant documents
- On-schedule monitoring of import and export business including logistics and warehousing
- Timely coordination of logistics
- Preparation of invoices, application for internal credit limit and external credit insurance, control of incoming payments including dunning process
- Provision of sales figures for sales staff and managing directors
- General customer and supplier support
- Supporting the sales team and the division manager
Ihre Qualifikation:
- Commercial training in wholesale and foreign trade, freight forwarding or similar
- Several years of professional experience in trade or import and export business
- Experience with products from the chemical industry is an advantage but not essential
- Good written and spoken German and English
- SAP knowledge (merchandise management system) essential
- Good knowledge of MS Office
